I can't express enough hatred toward this establishment & would recommend the ER long before I'd ever go see a doctor, here. The owner is named Mike Crimi. He's a nusance. He requires cash payments if you're self-pay (what I was advised) and whenever I have paid in full with cash, I am always double billed! \r
The second thing wrong with this office is the wait time. They have a Suboxone clinic which I understand is for addicts, so this is on Tuesdays so don't go on a Tuesday. The last time I went on a Tuesday, I was there until well after Midnight. My ailment was a common cold with flu symptoms requiring an antibiotic. I had conversations with some of the patients in the clinic, they told me everything & how terribe their wait is, too.\r
The third thing is the staff. Not only did they ""accidentally"" lose my payment, but they weren't supposed to bill me for tests that were already done in-house. They sent my bloodwork to some lab & I'm STILL getting bills for $192.00 for testing that were already done in-house & never suposed to be done via a mail-away lab! They have apologized for this inconvenience & mistake however, have NEVER fixed the issue! Some woman in billing just gives me a number, tells me to call & what to say which I have done but to no avail.\r
The 4th thing is something that I witnessed. I watched a woman go into the office, I chatted with her in the waitng room. She advised she was there for their special clinic, and had made an appt. but expected to wait a long time. I met her again later while I was waiting outside for my name to be called. She told me she'd had an issue with their nurse at the front regarding overbilling and their botched scheduling system which apparently automatically reschedules appointments for you & bills you for them even if you do not show up because you had no knowledge of said appt.!! I overheard a tall, heavy-set blonde nurse say ""Put Mrs. ___ last. I know she got here at 3:30 but have her be last. I don't like her attitude. Make her wait."" Oh, my God! I could not believe what I had heard! When I spoke to the woman with whom I'd been chatting again, I advised her regarding what I'd overheard. She said, ""That's my name."" I was shocked, as was she. \r
The protocol & practices of this office are HORRIBLE! I don't want this bill on my credit which s where it's headed, if it doesn't get satisfied or the issue repaired. \r
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY TO ANYONE. NOT ONY ARE THEIR PRACTICES QUESTIONABLE, BUT THEIR TREATMENT OF PATIENTS IS APPARENTLY DIPLORABLE! \r
(ODDLY ENOUGH, I HAD TO TAKE MY DAUGHTER IN FOR A SPRAINED ANCKLE & OTED FOR THE ER, INSTEAD. WE WERE SENT TO ANOTHER PART OF THE BUILDING & WERE OUT WITHIN 3 HOURS, HER SPLINT TAKEN CARE OF, THE BILL WAS ONLY $143 VERSUS BELEVIEW EXPRESS CARE'S $121 FOR AN ESTABLISHED PATIENT. I would elect this option before I'd ever go back to Belleview Express Care. Also, I called Family Care Specialists & their established patient visit is only $52.00. ) GOODBYE BELLEVIEW EXPRESS!
