I was blown away by the service provided by Expert Tile Company . I called and was greeted that same day only to be followed by a reasonable quote the following day. They are very respectful, hardworking, talented, honest, and prompt. They helped me redesign my kitchen and performed elaborate plaster and tile work. In addition, although not being part of his job provided me with sound advice and really behaved like a general contractor (excluding the price!) in providing plans for counter, electrical, plumbing, gas design. I highly recommend his service to anyone! more

I needed someone to come and replace my old tiles in the bathroom. For that purpose I called this tile contractor and he did great. All the old tiles were removed quickly, the new tiles were placed exactly how they should be and then everything was cleaned up. Thanks for the excellent work!!! more

I want to thank you for all the time you spent with me in your shop putting tile combinations together until we found something that worked exactly to my liking. Your emails, phone calls and faxes were always appreciated and kept me up to date on progress as well as delays on the manufacturer`s end. When you said you would call, you called. When you said something would be in on a certain date, it was. As you know I had incredible problems with another tile company, and so your excellent customer service was greatly appreciated and I will be using Expert Tile Company for my next home, and will be referring you to everyone I know.
