I used Executive Las Vegas to pick me up from the airport. The driver I had was very kind. He was there on time. He kept me entertained by talking to me the entire time until I had reached my destination. more

The driver was hilarious! We laughed the whole time. I have had some stiff drivers before and this driver was a hoot!! He was on time and very polite. We trusted to leave our belongings inside the vehicle. Something I would NEVER do. EXCELLENT!!! more

On the way back to the airport, Executive Shuttle absolutely earned top marks for their performance. I was there for a certification course, and after taking my test, time to departure was less-than ideal. I called them up and explained my situation, and literally three minutes later, and shuttle was at my hotel to take me to the airport! Well done! more

The ONLY reason why we made our flight is because we called Executive Limo. Even at 5:30 on a Wednesday morning, they were able to have a driver to us. By 5:45AM, we were in our comfortable Town Car. By 6:00, we were at the airport. By 6:15, we were sitting on our plane. If Executive Limo. had not been around, we would have missed the flight and costed us a bunch of money. more

My Boss is happy Needed a driver for my boss while he visited our showroom and also needed to make sales calls and pick up important clients for a dinner party. Chad at Executive Limousine must have taken good notes as we had a complicated schedule. I know that scheduling and coordinating out of town travel can be difficult, especially for someone like my boss. He is a real executive and constantly chages his mind! Relieved that Exec. Limo did not drop the ball. I really like that I gave them the itinerary info. and I did not have to micro manage them. Not a single problem. \r more

Flew in from NY for a weekend event and caught a ride from these guys by accident. After getting a business card we called them the next day and they made arrangements to pick us up within minutes. Honestly, they were available to pick us up practically anytime and anywhere, even in the middle of a packed stadium event and when Vegas was extremely busy. We even canceled the Limo service we paid for before we came because their service is so extraordinary. \r If you plan on doing a lot in Vegas I HIGHLY recommend Executive for your car service.\r We will definitely use them on our next Vegas trip.\r more

I used Executive Limo's for the first time, and booked their tour of the Strip. Our driver (Tony) was great and was so helpful. The time in the limo was great and I felt like a true VIP when he escorted us around to our shows and concerts. Next time I'm coming to Vegas I will make sure to have them pick us up from the airport. We booked a reservation with Executive and when we got to the airport they told us to go to the wrong terminal! We called them twice to confirm we should go to terminal two. After a half hour getting to terminal two somebody at the airport told us they were wrong and it was at terminal one. Obviously upset, we get to the counter and the the guy was very rude! THEN IT TOOK ABOUT AN HOUR!!!! to get to our hotel, which was right by the airport! Then they were 20 minutes late picking us up from our hotel and they couldn't find our reservation and MADE us pay them again!!!!! Because of them we missed our flight! JUST TAKE A TAXI! Then we called Executive when we got home and talked to a supervisor and she was very rude and would not let me talk! Do NOT use Executive shuttles!\r \r I have gone to las vegas four times and have used airport shuttles before. However this was first time I used Executive and they had the worst customer service!\r I purchased the round trip for $12. I used Executive with 3 other people.\r They were supposed to pick me up at Caesar at 12pm. Usually they call you if they arrive early or late.\r We came out at 12:04pm....four minutes late. They did NOT call us and they literally passed us as we walked to the area for pick-up.\r \r I called Executive and asked to be picked-up asap. The dispatcher stated that there would be another pick up in 5-10 mins. \r \r 15 mins. rolls on by and no pick-up!\r \r I called AGAIN. This time the dispatcher stated less than 5 mins. \r \r 15 mins rolls by and no pick-up!\r \r In total I had to wait 40 mins!!!! During that time the Bell Trans shuttle came for pick-up 3 times and Showtime shuttles came 2 times!\r \r Also, I was so upset that we barely made it on time for our flight that I asked for a manager.\r \r The lady stated that a manager would call me back....NEVER did!\r \r I called the following day and talked to the manager. The manager stated that he would call me back later to work something out.\r \r Guess what? The manager NEVER called me back.\r \r I highly recommend that if you take a shuttle, to take anything other than the Executive. Cons: Worst customer service more
