We asked Executive Janitorial to do a whole building suite to do our carpets as we were moving out of our office they needed to be cleaned. They choose to do the work on a Sunday for some reason, turned out late Sunday evening as we saw a kid, didn't even look 16 years old wearing jean cut off shorts, an old t-shirt with tattoos - looked like a Mexican gangster cleaning the carpet. No soap but a just a rotor machine and a wash pale. The work was not done as they said they would do it. It looked terrible the following day when we saw it. It looked like water was their only solution because they were still plenty of marks and staples left on the carpet that were never removed. We even noticed he was cleaning the carpet in the dark, with low light when the lights were working - that doesnt make sense to us at all. Why did they send someone so inexperienced to do our carpets we have no idea but the price they charge you how could so say no too? I think they pay the lowest wage and the employee probably gets nothing back. I sort of feel sad but it was our mistake we should have paid more for someone that is more professional to do this kind of work, not Executive Janitorial.
If you see their work it looks like their employee’s clean bathrooms so fast it looks like they are cleaned with broomsticks instead of mops (as the grout between the tiles is so pot black from dirty mops over and over again) and carpets full of spots, staples left on them and more. You see urine in men’s bathrooms allover the urinal stools because they don’t wipe bathroom walls enough and finger prints and bathroom door knobs as they don’t look sensitized which between the dirty floors and un-sanitized bathrooms you can imagine the germs roaming all through the office with customers walking on urine infested bathroom floors going through the whole office on to the carpets caked with germs because they clean the bathrooms horribly.
