Since bringing on Executive Home Rentals I have been able to more enjoy my time away. Having someone at home seeing to my assets and handling the day to day operations while I am in town has been a great relief. The problem I was having was tenant retention, not a problem for them. I have seen 2 in 9 months and the home was empty for a week. I feel very comfortable with them in charge. more

Never have I met better property managers in all my travels. These fine folks have a way of caring that shows in their work and every time I speak to someone there. They are diligent about their duties and really know the business inside and out. more

I hired this company to manage my property in Murreta and collect the rent. I filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles Superior Court against this company alleging conversion, lack of good faith and fair dealing, unjust enrichment and breach of contract for failing to send me the rent they collected on my behalf. more

This Company Is Horrible 7/27/2010

These people are liars and cheats. I mistakenly fell for their lies and ended up tied to them for a year as my property managers. when i tried to cancel our agreement because of all the lies they threatened to sue me. They constantly supported the tenant and told me to live with all the problems. more
