EE Offices has not paid us our Security Deposit back after more than a year of asking for it, although we gave them two months notice of not renewing our lease. In addition, when we went into the office to remove our equipment and to clean up, we discovered that THEY HAD MOVED SOMEONE ELSE INTO OUR OFFICE--WHICH WE HAD PAID FOR--TWO WEEKS BEFORE THE LEASE WAS UP. Our equipment was gone and, even though we immediately asked them to return it, we received no response. And we are still waiting, a year later, after numerous phone calls, emails, and personal visits, for a resolution to this problem. DO NOT RENT AN OFFICE FROM THEM! Although they market themselves as a provider of office space to those companies needing an occasional or temporary presence in the Chicago area, if you are not perceived to be there ""Full-Time"" they will break into your office, into your locked drawers, into your PAID FOR SPACE, at their personal whim, curiosity, and self-aggrandizement and enrichment. We will be pursuing the matter in court; this is just a warning to the wise--BEWARE!
