Courteous, prompt and trustworthy 7/9/2016

We brought our Infinity SUV in for repair of the catalytic converters. The Infiniti shop quoted a price of $3900 for this work, and had to keep the car overnight just to check the initial problem and provide an estimate. The friendly guys at Executive Auto had us bring the car in for a look, and were able to determine the problem, find a solution, and quote a price saving us $3500 all in about 30 minutes. The repair was completed that afternoon! more

Problem Solved! 7/6/2016

My 3-year battery had died after 3 1/2 years. I phoned AAA, who sent Executive's tow truck. The driver gave me a jumpstart. Henry met me in the parking lot as I arrived at the Bald Eagle Executive garage. The new battery was quickly installed, the price was fair, and I'm back on the road. more

Par excellence! 5/13/2016

I drove into garage with a horrible noise coming from the engine. Within 5 minutes the mechanic had it diagnosed. The price to fix it was very reasonable. My husband checked other repair shops up north and price was comparable. The next day I had my car back! The attitude of the service employees was outstanding! Kevin and Scott had excellent customer service skills and were exceptionally quick and efficient. I was overwhelmed by their attentiveness. Best part was they provided free transportation to my home and transport to the garage the next day. I would highly recommend this repair shop more
