I love going there. I feel like home. He and his secretary remember everthing I told them a week before. Dr. Rich remembers what was the reason I went to see him. He created a great, friendly viroment where I feel very comfortable and safe. I feel comfident that my health is in good hands. I like him not just as a doctor but as a person too. He is very warm and funny but in the same time he is serious about what he's doing. I am very impressed by his knowledge. He tells me patiently what's going on with my body. And he tells me what to do not to have the same problem again.
