Don’t even waist your time!! They don’t give you a chance! They only kept the mixed and white people! The colored people they let go! Very disgusting and hurtful especially when you know you have talents!! more

Our daughter is 14 and has been with Evolution for just over 1 year. This agency never promised us a thing. They provided us an opportunity to gain access to an industry that our daughter was interested in and some introductory lessons. We did go to Talent Inc. and it was an exciting and fun time. We took each step in stride, telling our daughter with each stage that this was all just for fun, learn a little, and know that it is a long shot that it will go any further. She was very well received by modeling agencies during the show and had 13 call backs. Afterwards, our daughter was so charged up she totally committed to chasing this new dream. She downloaded hundreds of poses off of models.com and stuck them on her wall to practice poses. She recorded runway walks and practiced, she studied couture designers, their seasonal lines, famous models and some not so famous models. She studied nutrition and learned yoga and Pilates. She kept in touch with Evolution and Evolution saw the commitment and dedication and reciprocated. Nothing in this industry is handed to you because you are a pretty face, a great body, or a quick wit. It is hard work, sacrifice, and disappointment. They told our daughter she needed to do x,y,z to have a chance and she did it, everything they asked her to do, she did it. After 10 months of signing with Evolution, we had 10 interviews set up in NYC. After a week in NY we had four contract offers to review and now she is signed with one of the best agencies in the world. I don't know what other's experiences have been, but for us, we have nothing but a positive, beneficial, supportive, and honest relationship with them. When you decide to invest in the trip to Talent Inc., go in with the mindset that you are paying an entrance fee to an opportunity. That's it. What you make of that opportunity, and what comes afterwards is up to you. more

They have been very good to us. My daughter went through the Talent Inc. program through her acting studio, which was well worth the money for us. She had so many agent callbacks and now has several agents in NYC and interested agents in CA. She also signed with Evolution in Charlotte and has been sent on auditions and go sees. She has booked work through them. I know there are lots of scams out there, but just because programs cost money, doesn't mean they are not legitimate. These people have to earn a living as well. My advice...meet with people who are successful actors and parents of successful child actors/models and see what they say and who they use. The people we have worked with at Evolution are professionals (Scott, Amber, Beth, etc.). Bottom line, do your homework and use word of mouth in the industry....not necessarily disappointed folks online. more

This agency is 100% a scam. They make you pay 1,000 dollars for classes then try to make you pay 1,700 for this trip to Orlando immediately after classes so other agencies can see if they are interested in you. I don't know one person that got signed to one of the big agencies after going to Orlando. You will get NO work through this agency. They will NEVER answer any emails you send them inquiring about working. They take your money and then they avoid you like the plague. All of the "success" stories they have on their page are about people who found that work ON THEIR OWN without evolution. The fact evolution claims them at all is a sick trap to lure other people into wasting their money. Trust me you do not want anything to do with this "agency" and I'm surprised they're still running. Oh, and did I mention after the classes and expensive Orlando trip they make you pay for a photographer to take your photos then do nothing with said photos? They also make you join an 800 casting that is $40 dollars a year. All they want from you is your money if you want to become a model or actor do not waste your money or energy on this agency you will regret it. more
