Evergreen Ornamental is NOT your best bet! 8/1/2009

Evergreen has gotten too big. They are no different than any of the other big lawn companies. Promises, promises but no action. I have had E G for more than a year. I have to constantly call them back to treat weeds and bugs. Last year I had a problem with crabgrass, you would think the tech would have brought it to my attention (they do not treat crabgrass) but he did not. I had to replace the sod in that area. I have a problem with SEDGE, well, it seems I need a different program for that. So, I have to treat it myself with IMAGE. I now have chinch bugs and the tech was here 10 days ago, but I have chinch bugs. I called them and they sent the tech out and he said..."you have chinch bugs" So, now I have to replace more sod. I pay these people 600.00+$$$$$ a year and I have CHINCH BUGS!!! I will be calling their office Monday and FIRING them. There are too many companies out there to put up with this shite. Oh! This is my second firing of them.... the Tech came back after the first one more

Lawn Service 4/14/2009

I think that Evergreen has the best service out there. They have great prices, their Techs are wonderful, the Office is very helpful. We call about an issue and they are out to help us really fast. I think if you go with any other company your crazy. We have been with them for 5 yrs and went through a lot of companies before going with them and we will never change. Thanks for the great job Evergreen. more

Mr. Greg Mawer treats my lawn with Evergreen Ornamental in Apopka, Florida and I find him extremely knowledgeable and seems to care about his customers and follows up with them if their are any concerns he can address. My grass has never looked better-green or healthier and I would recommend the company, for sure to any home owner. more

Unsatisfied with Service and Management 12/12/2008

After using Evergreen for more than one year - it was time for a change. Their service is not the best. They do not treat crab grass which is very common in Florida, other common lawn problems usually do not go away - some are controlled and remain dormant for a short period of time. If an area develops a serious problem, they don't conduct follow ups unless a customer requests one (even though they are the experts).\r \r The biggest problem with this company is management or lack there of. \r \r They are very unprofessional, unwilling to handle customer issues/needs. They admit that they do not get all messages left on their answering machine and that it is the customers responsibility to always follow up.\r \r Need lawn treatment service, I highly recommend HERRON. They are extremely professional, reasonability priced, full service provider and they always follow up. more

Keep my lawn beautiful 7/22/2008

This company is great with St. Augustine lawns. I have never had a problem with my lawn since starting with them, it is green and lush. Their prices are very reasonable for what they do. I have my lawn also treated for flees and my dogs don't have a flee problem. They keep up on the weeds if there are any. more

Evergreen Ornamental is a tremendous Lawn Pest Control and Fertilizing Company. Our lawn was needing some "chemical" assistance and we referred to Evergreen Ornamental Have been using their services for 2 years now. Highly recommend!! more
