Read your contract carefully before signing! Do not rely on ""verbal"" promises from Roger Rosas. Make sure you have everything written in the contract that you expect done for your money before you sign. The workers are good when they show up. Our 3 day job took 3 weeks to complete. I believe the management overbooks their works and has them working on several jobs at one time I would not use this contractor again.
