Eustis Roofing Company

This is the worse roofing company ever. First the re-roof my house and nailed an ac line we found out after contacted an ac company cause of ac not working properly. Then due to their poor performance the roof was leaking and after several calls to get them to come out all they did was apply kilz and caulking what kind of repair is that! Good luck to those who decide to go for the cheapest deal now I believe that you get what you pay for. After 3 quotes we chose Eustis Roofing cause we thought we had a deal guess not. After some research found out that most of their 5 star ratings are from family and friends. ? more

This company was able to immediately tell me why my mobile home roof had been leaking for a year that 12 other area companies did not see. They use the latest products on the current market that meets a customer's roof situation. They do NOT ask for any money up front and they do present a written contract estimate in detail of the work to be done. They are very professional and reliable. The little lift cart they use helps to get in small or narrow spots without damage to property, landscaping, septic tanks or drain fields. The entire crew is professional in the work they do and they DO clean up after the work is complete. I recommend this company highly. A MUST to call them for ANY type of roof work. I don't believe the first review was fair. Eustis Roofing just did my roof, and they did an EXCELLENT job. \r \r They are a family owned company who has been in business for almost 50 years. Their price was very good, they got all the needed permits, and above all, they did a great job. They stripped off the old roof, put peel and stick over all the plywood, installed new leaded stacks, and did everything above code. The Lake Co. inspector was here and told me these guys were the best around. Cheryl, the secretary was great with phone calls and paperwork, and got fast quick answers to every question I had. I wish every business was this good.\r \r Over the years, they have done many homes here in The Plantation and they all look great. I signed them on in May, but told them I did not want them to do it until Oct. 13th. They did it October 14th. In Sept., I had a roof leak from the old, bad roof. They told me that once I sign a contract, the roof is THEIR responsibility, and they were there THE SAME DAY and fixed it NO CHARGE. I dare you to find another roofer who would do that!!!!! \r \r They carefully cleaned up everything when the roof was done. They had 6 guys here, and did a 2400 sq. ft. roof in one day. Started at 8am, finished by 3:30pm. I built my own house up in NY, and know the trades. These guys are the ONLY roofers I would use in this area. If you want to sign a contract with this company & not be told that you will be put on a 3-4 month waiting list, then this is the company to go with! It took them 4 months to even start our roof!!! No phone calls, no anything. Just didn't do it. Then of course they expect us to pay on time! more
