scheduled maintenance 8/31/2015

With my scheduled appointment on Aug. 14 at 0800 I was disappointed that the office staff did not communicate the need for previously recommended parts. The mechanic (Rick) did a GREAT job but 3 hours for an oil change and few parts that needed replaced. Come on. The office staff could have asked if I wanted the recommended parts changed and provided the est. price. Two hours lost on a nice Sat. morning. Next time I have recommended service I will ask for the parts to be on hand for a quicker, reasonable turn around service. Thank Rick for sharing some knowledge. more

above and beyond 8/21/2015

EMC went above and beyond for me. Brought my Mercedes in had problems that another mechanic that had worked on my car had rigged. They saw what had happened, took pictures, and then made some phone calls. Because of them taking the time the dealer paid for the cost of fixing it and they saved me twelve hundred dollars. This place, in today's unethical world EMC is top rating and I'll go no where else and tell everyone to go to them for honesty and integrity! more

Courteous, convenient, prompt diagnosis, fast service. 8/19/2015

My car problem was diagnosed real quick, it was for a recall; arrangement had already been made on my behalf to transport my car to BMW dealership. I went out of town, my car was returned to this place where it was kept until came back to town. That was so convenient. I was so very pleased with their services. I left my other car for repair when I picked this one. more

I found this shop by chance. They are an honest business which can be difficult to find in Las Vegas. My car repairs are done in reasonable amount of time with fair pricing. Waiting area is comfortable and clean. more

This business is family owned and has been in Vegas almost 30 years! Show me another one like it. Shelina is always there from early to late at the controls. She's an owner, a professional and has a great knowledge base and resources. She goes out of her way to help. The staff and certified master mechanics get it done right. more

Affordable Repair Costs 8/7/2015

I appreciate knowing that I won't pay high repair costs to keep my car in good condition. The staff has the best customer experience that I have seen in awhile. I also appreciate the shuttle service that is provided to me so that I continue ue with my day-to-day activities. more
