I took them a pair of shoes for new heels and soles. We looked at the options and agreed on Vibram. They kept the shoes over a week and when I picked them up, they only did the heels and the charge was $20 and change. When I pointed out the mistake, the proprietor did not even recall our discussion and the specific sole we agreed upon. Then he wanted me to leave the shoes there again so he could do the soles. After this sorry experience, they will not get any of my shoes again.
