some of the selection, like the Natuzzi leather line is very nice. However, some of the furniture is barely above ikea quality. Made of particle board and poor quality. Bought a $300 coffee (the Kyoto 2 square table) only to get it home and find during assembly that 2 pieces were manufactured incorrectly and it could not be put together securely. I returned and asked the salesman about it, and he replied that the particular manufacturer was known to have poor quality control. They offered to "assemble" it by leaving out 4 of 10 fasteners. I declined and essentially re-manufactured it properly, something I shouldn't have to do for a simple coffee table that cost $300.
