Awesome Service 9/9/2011

I had originally taken my car to BMW for service and they quoted me $4200 to fix my problem. I allowed them at the time to do $2500 worth of work. After feeling I got ripped off I called Eurasian, they forget the past and bring it to them. After they checked the vehicle out, they ssaid 2 of the remaining items did not have to be done. so with the work they needed to perform I went from $1700 in repairs to $700. Needless to say i will not be taking my car to BMW any more, Eurasian is my auto repair shop for life. Thanks Brandon, Josh, and John. more

AC Repair on aging Lexus 8/25/2011

Eurasian replaced the AC compressor, clutch, and dryer on my 98 GS and did the work in less time than expected and at a fair price. I'm completely satisfied with their work and their personal attention. more

Extremely conscientious 8/25/2011

Had problem with a VW Jetta that was very difficult to diagnose, and ultimately too costly to fix. John was very candid and clearly had my best interest at heart, and they went above and beyond. Extremely conscientious! more

On both occasions I have had repairs done at your facility I have been satisfied with the results. Everyone is courteous, thorough with explanations and accommodating in that getting me home and picking me up were granted. Youngsters like Josh are a credit to the organization. Being a General Motors retiree (25 yrs) I am often very critical of how auto repair shops treat there customers. It was a welcome change from the usual apathy. Thanks for caring. more

Outstanding. I will utlizie their services in the future. I needed a pre inspection and being out of state (NYC) and nervous on purchasing a used vehicle, I entrusted this company to be my eyes and ears. They came through BIG time!!. All my concerns were answered and a very detail inspection of the vehicle was conducted. It's rare to come across such honesty and professionalism nowadays, but I did. My car has done the same thing 2 times before. and it was fixed by the dealer and I was charged but never told what was the matter. 8/17/2011

John talked with me and told me what he was doing in a logical fashion that I could understand and now I know that the car was not the problem but I was so now I can prevent the problem with good maintenance. Thank you John. Wish it could have been fixed faster however. more

Excellent Service 6/14/2011

Eurasian Auto Repair was recommended by a friend. I thought I would check them out since my friend was impressed in the service received and the competitive prices. I took my Mercedes in for service, and they were extremely helpful, serviced my car in a reasonable amount of time, and also recommended other services that will need to be performed soon. There was NO PRESSURE on fixing those other problems right away; whereas, other places would have pressured you when it was not necessary at the moment. I also liked the fact that everything was explained to you in the final bill from the cost per hour to the taxes. I asked a few questions and the guys that were in the office were willing to answer my questions and were very friendly. more

I often tell people I hate going to have my car worked on because I don't know enough about the workings of my Saab to know if the repairs are actually needed. Actually, that's how I got to Eurasian. I initially called them just for parts on a repair another company was doing. They doubted what the other shop was telling me and offered me a free second opinion. Bottom line, they fixed what was REALLY wrong with my car - for just over $700 rather than the $4200 that was quoted elsewhere by a facility that later admitted to firing the mechanic the day after he worked on my car because he wasn't trustworthy. John and Brandon at Eurasian go the extra mile to explain repairs to you, and tell you proactive repairs that can prolong the life of your car. I'm a loyal customer for life! more

We all know customer service is not at all what it use to be, but Eurasian Auto Repair was certainly an exception....I wasn't sure what to do when I realized my car would not start...I am in sales; therefore, you cannot be without a vehicle....I wanted to ensure my car was repaired by someone I could trust.....that is when I thought of Robert Mosley, I had met hime sometime ago, and knew he was a nice guy.....I called him and gave him the rundown of what was not going on with my vehicle....he offered to tow my vehicle into his shop, but I told him I could drive it to the shop, after arriving at the shop, he; along with his mechanics immediately began a thorough inspection of my vehicle, while ensuring I was comfortable in the waiting area. He offered to drive me to work, so I would not have to miss a day of work, and he kept me informed throughout the day on the diagnosis of my vehicle. more

This is THE PLACE to take your Mercedes Benz 12/2/2010

Take your Mercedes to Eurasian Auto Repair for any service or repair needs. They got me a quick and accurate diagnosis on why my car was stalling when it got hot. It turns out that all it needed was a sensor, which was the fix that put me back on the road that same day. I am very satisfied, and my car is still running perfectly. Robert Mosley and John Lee really know cars, especially Mercedes. I appreciated their integrity when giving me an estimate on the sensor, and telling me that there were some other minor repairs that need to be made, but they didn't pressure me to do them immediately. I feel like I need to write this review and share this information because Eurasian Auto Repair is one of the few auto repair shops I've been to where I didn't feel ripped off or pressured to do unnecessary repairs. Thank you Robert and John for your professionalism and honesty! I will be back as a loyal customer. more
