Hair cut and style 4/10/2011

Marked improvement in greeting, offered to show me to the back, came back and offered me a refreshment. The salon was fairly empty, but I waited 10 minutes for my appointment...not sure why and no explanation or apology. Overall, very positive and much better than prior. more

Never Going Back 4/3/2011

The mixups with services and the fact that my hair is never done right is why I've decided not to return. I can handle the over pricing but am tired of my day being ruined when I should be relaxing. more
