I went here a little over a year ago. Right away, I informed them that I was going to have to pay out of pocket for all my care, so to be up front with what I was going to be charged.
At first, I was somewhat uncomfortable with my care provider, as he seemed very unsure and inexperienced with what he was doing. Found out later, he was very new. Nothing wrong with being new and learning, but he shouldn't have been by himself this early.
When I got my bill in the mail, I was SHOCKED at some of the charges on there. One of which was $45 for a PIECE OF PAPER that simply said ""Apply ice for 10 minutes, heat for 20 minutes, ice for 10 minutes, heat for 20 minutes, etc"".
It was described on my bill as ""Home management training 1 on 1"". YEAH RIGHT! All the lady did was give me the paper and read the ice and heat directions to me. I could have found this on Google if I wanted to and read it myself and saved myself $45!
This place was a joke. They couldn't even tell me why I was experiencing pain where I was. They actually pretty much ignored my primary concern and kept wanting to put me on the massage machine table. The massage was great, but certainly didn't help or explain the numbness I was experiencing, which is why I came here.
Pros: Friendliness
Cons: Overpriced and inexperienced staff
