The serviceman was friendly and smiled well. It took 3hrs. to find the problem with my a/c. I paid $300 for his investigative services. After 1 hr. I searched for him in the utility room, at the a/c unit & in the cab of his truck, not there! I can only guess he was in the back of the truck. (not working in my a/c). He finally got my a/c to work. He switched the fan setting from "auto" to "on"! I was told the a/c would only work if I left the fan setting "on". I was told I need a control board and told he could install a new control board and 2 new thermostats for an additional $450. Of course my thermostats work just fine! What he did not know was that I was getting a 2nd opinion and the repairman before him diagnosed the problem, cleaned and serviced the unit, all in about 1hr and charged $110. Figure it out for yourself. Never again! more

Called on a friday night at 7:30 and was promised service on sat. morning for my 70yr old aunts 35yr old boiler heater. I got progress calls throughout the morning as parts were located and when the job was complete. Thirty percent more efficient after a much needed cleaning and my aunt and her nephew will not fear this winter. Great experience with professional honest contractor! more

I used this company last year twice ~ once when our air conditioning needed repair and once when our heater stopped. Both times, the gentleman that came to our house was friendly, prompt and very professional. The price for the repairs was very reasonable and he was not pushy at all. He basically told me what he would recommend we do, but did not try to force me to agree to anything. I will definately go back to this company in the future, if needed. more
