I have been a contract/employee with Equity Personnel for the past 5 years for various clients, including Medrad, Delmonte, Heinz and US Steel. Every time my 8-12 month contact ends, Equity Personnel has been able to pay me 10-20% more than other Pittsburgh consulting companies.
I would also like to add that if you get a interview with Equity Personnel, they will always tell you why you did not get the job. I also have even been taken out ever 3-4 month by the President of the company for lunch.
If you want to work for a consulting company that cares about your career path and provides excellent compensation go with Equity Personnel.
The only down side is that Equity Personnel caters to Fortune 500 clients for IT positions so they dont have many job orders with small companies.
