I have been in the store on several different occasions, and each experience has been similar. Each time that I have visited this store it has been dirty, the employees have been rude, and their merchandise is over priced.\r \r I went shopping in this store on Black Friday, because they had a good sale on used movies, TV series, and games, (40% off). When I got to the counter with my used TV series it rang up at full price. I questioned the cashier, and he told me that what I was buying was ""new."" It was clearly used, the package was opened, and he had to get the DVD's from behind the counter.\r \r Correct me if I'm wrong, but brand new movies shrink-wrapped, and placed in a plastic containers to prevent theft. I told the cashier that there was a mistake, and told me that I was wrong! I knew that I was correct.\r \r I did my homework before I went into the store, and I knew that I could buy the DVD series for $10 less than what Entertainmart was selling it for, (but at a 40% savings I would still come out ahead). I told the cashier that I did a price check on Amazon, and this series was selling less than what they were charging. The cashiers response was ""Then why don't you?"" I thanked the cashier for his advice, and Amazon exactly where I will continue to do my business.\r \r Entertainmart was a nice store to shop in a couple of years ago. I'm think that there has been a change in management, and it has not been for the better. I will not shop in this store again until there are drastic changes. more

I have just got back trying to sell off my Acer Aspire 4339 laptop almost brand new baught it last september. some guy with the inituals DS gave me a quote for $240.00 and denied it for a battery problem four hours later, my a*@. When they handed it back I immediately turned it on and it would not start up to the loading windows, it would say windows would can not be loaded. And the kid who did the work. tried to tell me that is was because of the battery so I asked the child ""where did he get his training from?"" response was ""uh uh recieved no electronic's training what so ever."" now when the little child of a manager came over ""swore up and down it was because of the batter why it would not load windows 7 correctly. I think the owner gave his son the store way to soon. The Kid needs to go to business school or wait did his father pay for his grades. I only gave it star which did not deserve that at all. to end this review kids should not manage a company. more

this place sales stolen goods has the worst customer service.. Keep in mind the young man has admitted to the police he stole these items from my home. Entertainmart would only return the WII to me. They would not return any of the games. They said I could not prove which game was mine despite the fact they have a list of the games they purchased. They would not even return my games if I gave them the money they spent on the games. Unless I had some distinguishing mark on the game (the CD) they would not return it. They said I would have to get my games via restitution/courts. Entertainmart is now selling games they know are stolen and they do not care. My 9 year old grandson is heartbroken. All his games are GONE!\r more

It was BLACK FRIDAY, I went to the early bird sale in Colorado Springs. I was in line to pay for over an hour, but so was everyone. I had an entire shopping cart full of movies(DVD's). The 2 young ladies at the counter were very quick to fill my cases and were very friendly despite the HUGE crowd of early morning shoppers. However, when I got home I relized they missed 2 of my DVD's but charged me for them. I took the reciept back to the store and asked for a supervisior. The young woman was very appologetic and helped me retireve the 2 discs that were missed. All my movies were used and in great condition. For a BLACK FRIDAY, i thought this was handled very professionally. Thank you. more

I absolutely love Entertainmart! Movies and games cost ridiculous amounts to purchase brand new. I am so glad Entertainmart is there with discounted prices and good quality product. I have never had a single issue with their product or service and recommend them to everyone I know! more

I just don't get it... I just read about the first four reviews about Entertainmart and their horrible customer service. At the same time I have been trying to apply for a job there - for any position- and never even get called for an interview. I love your store but do admit the customer service there is bad. I am a hard worker, can work any shift (including evening- weekends-holidays) I take pride in my appearance, intelligent, experienced What are you looking for?? I have been here a few times only because I am that ""thirfty"" guy. Not only that, but I'm not too much of a fan of the pawnshops also known as EbGames/Gamestop; the end. While this place is generally 10-20% cheaper than Gamestop the customer service is something to be desired... by none. IF, you're lucky you can walk in, get what you want and no one is in line. Then at most you'll wait 5 mins or so before someone stops playing grabass (literally) in the back with a fellow worker and helps you. However, more often than not, there'll be about 3-4 people behind the counter having sweet conversations and 2 ppl at the registers while a swell of ppl are in line waiting to purchase/sell their underpriced games. The ppl @ the register move as slow as molasses and for some reason ask for your name and where you live to type in their computer EVERYtime you purchase. Apparently their computers have alzheimer's. \r They do give cash for your items and for a better price then you'll get anywhere in a hurry. \r Looking to get some cash for your games; go here. Looking to find a decent game/movie (used) for a ""thrifty"" price; go here. Looking to wait to the point of boredom, asking yourself why you came here, attitude, urine smell when you walk in, sloppiness, non-hygenic staff and solicited by panhandlers RIGHT by the freaking door; come here. i went in to entertainmart to trade a copy of a x-box game i never play for GTA 4. the kid behind the counter was unbelievably rude!!!! first of all his personal hygene was nothing short of disgusting . ontop of that i was sitting at the counter infront of the register for a good 5 minutes befor he pried his eyes away from the computer . than he unenthusiasticly dragged himself over to the counter to help me . at that point i felt like asking for his manager. but just figured he would probably bring out some other zit faced grease pile and waste more of my time. i got the game and it works fine. but will not be going back on the count of the horrible customer service. if i was the owner or manager at entertainmart i would fire most of the people that work there faster than they could blink. they have great prices and product but their staff is making it hard for people to actually buy stuff. Great store for one stop electronic shopping. I often go to this store to purchase Game Boy Advanced games and never leave disappointed. We purchased the GB Advanced here as well, it was a great deal and a phenomenal piece of equipment. Their customer service is always friendly and wllling to answer questions about the games and devices. My family will continue to frequent this store. I frequent this place quite often, as do all of my friends. They have a selection that it second to none and often times DVDs and games can be purchased for less than five dollars. really just super duper. The person who gave it one star is right. If you go 'thier'(sic) then they do have a lot of game sy stems, although I dont think that is a bad thing. Pros: A metric ton of great stuff Cons: they dont deliver more

I have traveled all over the country and there is no better place to buy a video game, cd, dvd, or poster. I can get them all in one place. Entertainmart has the best selection anywhere. The prices are good and they pay more than anyone else for my dvds. Only downside: Sometimes customer service is a little slow to act if I ever have any questions. I went there one night to get a psp memory card and there was 6 people behind the counter and they all seen us and went back to igonring us. I had stood there for a good 15 mintues before someone decided to help.
