Our Company has been renting vehicles from Enterprise since 2003. We recently had a unfortunate situation with a local car dealer (still in moderation with the state) and Enterprise has really stepped In and helped us out. They do need to bill for a deposit but have flexible options on how to do so, remember, they are a business, business's need to make money and lending cars out is no small business. They have picked us up and dropped us off, the vehicles we rent are always clean and nice with zero issues. Now what we do is we rent a car from them weekly, as our vehicle needs change almost weekly due to our business and we have access to anything we need. We feel after having a 10 year relationship with this company with literally zero issues, excellent customer support, very nice, new clean vehicles and a personable friendly staff, these folks deserve a 5 star rating and a Thank you! \r

The Staff I deal with, Colin, Matt and everyone else has always been extremely professional, personable, very informative and polite to me and my wife. I actually am looking forward to going in and picking up the Nissan Ultima for the next week. \r

As far as being ""over charged"" , its like renting anything else, a hotel room, a large tool from a service company, they don't know you and what you are going to do with what you are renting, so they have to somewhat cover their losses, a $200 deposit to rent a late model car with less than usually 30K miles on it, Is pretty reasonable and they refund it right back to your card when you return the car, in fact they give you options on how you want the funds delineated. If you are un sure, just ask, they will be more than happy to explain the breakdown and they know their stuff. \r
Our company has 3 rules concerning our rentals with enterprise \r
1. Treat it as if it was our Moms car\r
2. Return it clean, it costs $4 to wash it off real quick and take your mess out of it.\r
3. Return it with a little more gas in it then it had when you got it \r

We just wish they had a program for this that would save us a little money, we would happily sign a contract for a year. When nothing but work is going on, we will take the ugliest compact you got, when I have high end clients coming into town, I need something nice and roomy and fancy for a night or 2 at the most, when I pick up supply's, I need a pickup truck for literally 2 hours, right now I have to rent it from the lumber company, would rather give my $ to Enterprise. \r
\r
This review was NOT solicited, these ladies and gentlemen have just done an outstanding job at keeping us in nice, reliable transportation with very little effort on our parts, which is great because we are not car people!\r
Thanks for all your help Enterprise Valparaiso\r
Humbly\r
