I have enjoyed my rental car from enterprise since 2010 till before November 26th 2014, but I did not enjoy my recent rental car at Enterprise Rent-A-Car South San Pedro. The reason I did not enjoy it is that my server known as Mr. Will Opus Lee did not provide me the paperwork I was supported to have from where I found myself in a big trouble when I got accident. I told him to give me the insurance that cover the car, when I picked up the car, but he did not do so. He only asked me if I needed the health insurance protection during accident and I told him that I have my own health care insurance so I don't need his healthy insurance protection. He assumed that I didn't not need the automobile insurance of enterprise and handed me the key without rental car insurance. He showed me a place to initial and sign in rashness without explaining me what I am putting initial or sign for. I thought I put the initial and sign at the same place as others enterprise agencies have done to me, but it was not the case. Because he rushed me I did not have a time to check where I put the initial, from where I marked initial in the place of "" renter declines optional damage accident insurance"". I found that mistake that Mr. Will Opus Lee put me in after I got accident and called the enterprise office and informed them the incident. When I looked my rental contract, I couldn't find it in my car because Mr. Will Opus Lee did not give anything regarding my rental contract paper. I didn't ask him about it because I thought he put it in the car when he went to pull over my rental car from parking to the front door of their office. He did not even show that he didn't understand me when I told him that I needed the automobile car insurance protection not a health insurance protection. When I come to the office and asked them my rental contract paper, his manager told me that I had it in my car. I told him that Mr. Will Opus Lee did not give me anything. The manager Andrew Hamilton went in the office and brought it out. I was chocked when I saw it. The manager told me that I didn't take the enterprise automobile insurance, so any damage is in my own cost. I called Mr. Will Opus Lee and asked him why he did not give me an automobile insurance as I told him to give me an automobile insurance that protected the rental car, he denied that I didn't ask for it. When I repeated the same way he asked me the question and the way I replied to him regarding insurance, he said that he didn't understand me. \r

The question was if Mr. Will Opus Lee is responsible for car damage because his misunderstanding or it is my responsibility. Technically, it is my responsibility because I would have double check what I signed or put initial for. Reasonably, it is not my responsible because Mr. Will Opus Lee wa first supposed to explain me what I signed and put initial for before handing me the key, and he was also supposed to hand to me the rental contract paper to make sure I left the rental office with it or I understood my responsibilities. I couldn't put myself in such risk for not having the enterprise automobile insurance since I have never had my personal automobile insurance because I have been used my cars' company under its automobile insurance policy. Now I have to pay $5291.47 from my pocket for the damage.\r

Everyone visit the Enterprise Rent-A-Car South San Pedro should pay attention to Mr. Will Opus Lee action and make sure he doesn't trick you or make sure you have or sign all your paperwork you need, otherwise you will face a big trouble like me if you have accident.\r

In short, enterprise company should take in consideration such employees because they deteriorate the company reputation. I feel now really a little bit harder to rent a car in enterprise so far.
