We have rented from this place a few times, usually with great service and satisfaction. However, on our last rental, we had to wait 45 minutes to get our car and then, once we got it, it only had half a tank of gas. We also discovered, after the car sat in the sun for a while in a parking lot, that clearly someone had smoked in the car previously and the heat brought the smoke smell out for the rest of our trip.
