I am not happy. When I rented the car, I told Michelle Diamond I was not going to purchase your insurance. Michelle Diamond told me if I was in an accident, my insurance would have to pay for the collision, rental fees for loss of use and the ""other"" car involved in the accident. However, If I did purchase your insurance I could simply walk away and all cost would be covered. She said just initial here in 4 places and your all set and you have nothing to worry about. I am a retired insurance in Florida (E087423) and she miss represented the coverage. I was in an accident (both cars came together side by side, like two loaf's of bread) leaving your car undamaged but the 10+ year Altimata had some passenger door damage on the paint. Now Allstate (my insurance) is making a claim against me. As a retired Insurance agent, I can tell you that is not how you policy was represented to me. Again, I was told if I purchased your coverage and was in an accident ""I would have not claim and could walk away"". I know insurance and Michelle never said I was not covered for a ""another car"" if I hit one, which I did. Because there was no damage to the enterprise car, I have not idea how the damage occurred to the other car. What did it look like before and irrespective, based on Michelle Diamonds explanation, I should have zero liability. Sometimes, when you arrive to pick up your car with a confirmed reservation, they'll cheerfully explain that your car is "ready" but that it simply isn't present. This usually means they've not only torn up your reservation and sent someone else driving off in your car, but they've also rented out their entire inventory. Eventually, they'll start calling other locations to search for another car.\r Only at Enterprise Rent-A-Car can a nonexistent car be described as "ready".\r At this particular location the young lady in the later part of the day, when i was there... seemed overworked and irritated by my business.... just not the best example overall with the" ready" already in the back of your mind... leaving a lasting "great" impression. more
