The customer service rep was excellent when making reservations, all the representatives were very helpful when picking up the car and returning the car. Customer service is an A+.\r

However, two items they could work on. On Sunday, I had to deliver the car to another the location because where I picked up the car was closed on Sundays. I was charged a one way fee of $50, I did have a problem with that. Also, on the receipt the charges are abrv. and I did not know what the other charges were. I paid about $100.00 more than quoted.\r
