You should let the customer do a walk around with you before they rent the car,because over this weekend we got a car from you guys and it was a rush rush job,the guy that was helping us he had to run out glance over the car rinsed it off,so we had a wet car with dents on it already that we did't know about cause the car was just dropped off we had to wait for it to come,we brought it back in the same condition that we got it only dry so you can see the car the manager blames us for the dents on the car we like #wth are you serious???And that was not fair or good business, We will not rent from them again the manager was like whatever...I'm a manager too and I know how to deal with customers in a better way, no I'm sorry for any incovience no nothing he was just typing on the cumputer doing the claim,Enterprise got over on us and it was not fair or right,If we caused the dents ok but we did not at all,they let somebody get over on them so to cover their butts they got over on us..Two wrongs don't make it right..somebody is going to get over on them again and I""m so glad it won't be me cause I'm taking my business else where,I just wanted to let them know they lost two of the best customers they would of ever had.
