Cheap but Slow 4/7/2006

Enterprise has some of the best deals on car rentals. They are normally pretty cheap, but every once in a while they'll have promotional weekend rates. I've rented cars from them for $9.99 a day. The only downside is that they are very slow. Your car is never ready at the time you asked it to be and I've never ended up waiting less than a half hour. more
