I love going to Enrapture! First of 4/25/2012

I love going to Enrapture! First of all, when you walk in they are so welcoming and offered me my choice of water, tea or coffee. Then, my stylist (Lindsay!!!) was so friendly. I hate it when there is an awkward silence but she was so sweet and the complimentary hand massages were so nice that I had no problems whatsoever. I love my color/cut and will definitely be going back again and again. Thank you lovely ladies of Enrapture, you're awesome :) more

The Body Spa is the best. I've been to other spas but none of them compare to The Body Spa! The services are awesome and Sonya is the best! more

So Happy With My Hair Color 6/7/2011

I have tried for MANY years to find someone that would help me find the "right" haircolor for me. Michelle at Enrapture not only got it right, she new what kind of cut to do before I even told her what I would like. I would highly recommend Michelle. Thanks Michelle! KaseyS more

Pedicures Are AWEFUL!! 3/22/2011

For Christmas my Mother-In-Law, her sister and myself were given a Girls Date to have lunch and pedicures wherever we wanted! I picked this Salon because the website makes the pedicures sound so wonderful and relaxing. When we first arrived to the Salon and while the receptionist was checking in, my MIL was peeking around the corner just to scope out the salon. The receptionist got in her face and said "Excuse me, can I HELP you??!!" very rudely! We were shocked!! Then when we got to our pedi seats, it was worse than patio furniture. They aren't reclining massaging chairs or anything! And you put your feet in buckets, plastic plant buckets!! The girls did aweful jobs, our french tips looked hand painted by my five year old, and the price was outrageous!! I would never recommend going there for pedicures. more

ALWAYS A GREAT EXPERIENCE 3/14/2011

EVERY VISIT HAS BEEN VERY RELAXING. JUST HAD MY FIRST FACIAL AND IT WAS TERRIFIC. I HAVE BEEN IN SEVERAL TIMES FOR LASH EXTENSIONS AND MY LASHES ALWAYS LOOK GREAT. SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS ONLINE IS EASY AND CONVIENENT. HIGHLY RECOMMEND BODY SPA AT ENRAPTURE SALON. more

FANTASTIC SALON! 3/3/2011

I've been a guest at Enrapture for a little over three years. I find the entire staff, from the owner on, to be inviting and attentive to their guests. The spa is all about pampering and the salon side is fun and creative. I've had massage, facials and several hair services and have enjoyed them all. I love the extras they provide: cucumber water in the spa, a square of chocolate after my massage or facial, coffee (lattes and mochas) in the salon, hand massage while I get my hair done. I've also referred several friends of mine to Enrapture and they haven't been disappointed! If you haven't been to this salon you are definitely missing out! more

Owner is a Scam Artist!!! 3/2/2011

I had a concern about my bill, so I contacted the owner and she was defensive, rude and even laughed at my concerns. She then hung up the phone...!!! How inmature and unprofessional can she get? I was talking to her calmly with a legitamate concern about the price difference on the website and what I was charged, but at no point did she want to ackowledge or rectify the situaltion. I have been a patron there for a year, but apparently they are all about scamming the consumer, and not about quality service! more

Failed miserably on the hygiene scale 2/8/2011

I would bring your own pedi/mani utensils. It was blatently clear that these girls share supplies and do not disinfect them as required. Completely disgusting and hazardous! more

The first and last time I went there was several months ago. As I was leaving (not from a hair appointment, but a massage) I overheard two employees wispering to eachother "Whats going on?" "Darcie has lice" "Ewww gross" That was more than enough to stop me from going back. more

I love this salon! 1/15/2011

I've been going here to get haircuts for about three years now. I love that even though I had not been there in about a year (I wanted to grow out my hair) and didn't have an appointment they remembered who I was! When you go in for a hair cut they offer you a beverage and they have one of those semiautomatic espresso makers, mmm free latte. To top that off you get a complimentary hand massage while your stylist is working on you. I would definitely recommend them. more

Best Facial Ever! 8/22/2010

I have been to many places and locations for facials but I must say that the facials I receive from Sonya at Enrapture Salon and Day Spa are the very best ever! Sonya uses techniques I have never experienced before. Her touch is in between soft and hard so it's just right. My skin glows and appears so much healthier after one of Sonya's facials. I highly recommend Sonya and this day spa! more

Fantastic Spa 4/22/2010

This is my addiction. It started off as a Valentine's day gift and now it is my female mantra. Beauty days are a MUST. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgable. I always feel amazing when I leave. My skin is glowing and smooth and I look forward to every appointment. There are so many spa options to choose from, and a website to schedule appointments with a run-down of all the treatments and specials. The staff was friendly and my massage didn't cost too much. I usually pay $90-$100 before tip at other spas for an aromatherapy massage; Enrapture only charged me $70. I even arrived 15 mins late to my appointment (due to traffic) and they didn't cut my time short. The only thing I would change is the location. Other than that, an all-around good spa to visit. The best Salon and Spa I have ever gone to!!!! 11/18/2008

I started going to Enrapture over a year ago. It is awesome the people are so friendly and positive. I have had several services done there. Hair extensions that i just love! (ananda) does a great job. I have my hair cut and colored by (Alyssa) she is fantastic! She always make me feel my very best when I leave. I have also had a message and eyebrow wax and tint there. Everything i have had done has been the best experience ever. The hand message and makeup application is always an extra "feel good" boost of energy. I would and have recommended this spa and salon to all my family and friends. Pros: A Lot of services to offer and great service. Cons: No Cons well worth the time and money. more

Best Salon in the Bothell/Everett Area 11/15/2008

After 5 disappointing haircuts/colors in the past 14 months, it was such a pleasure to finally find Enrapture! Everyone was so friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. I took pictures of several styles that I found online and asked the stylist (Katie) for her opinion. She asked me to "trust her" in creating a style that suited me. I was leary, but decided that it could not be any worse than the other cuts I have had recently. I was amazed at how much I LOVED my hair color and cut. Katie was spot-on with both! As an extra bonus, it was great to have makeup applied for free to compliment my new look. I have recommended both the salon and Katie to everyone who has mentioned how great my hair looks (and there have been several people who have commented!). Pros: Excellent attitudes and skill Cons: A little pricey but worth it! more

Enrapture Salon and Day Spa 10/22/2008

I have been going to Enrapture for almost a year now. Each time I go in I feel comfortable and at ease. I'm always offered a beverage when I step foot in the door, and throughout my service I'm offered hand massages and make-up applications. Enrapture goes out of their way to make the customer happy. I live in Seattle, and the 30 sometimes 40 minute drive to Everett is worth it to me. All of the artists work as a team and that also makes the salon welcoming. So I heard such great things from a friend of mine that I had to get in ASAP. I had an appointment with Maria who gave me one of the best massage's I have ever had. It was worth the trip from the Sammamish area. I also had a pedicure after my massage and it was very relaxing would be an understatement. more

Classy, stylish, relaxing spa and salon 10/16/2008

I have had both spa services (couple?s massage) and hair cut and color services from Enrapture. Enraptures? new, clean, modern building and furnishings are comfortable and reassure you that you are going to a quality establishment. I felt completely confident in the hair artist, as she was able to make suggestions AND listen to what like and don?t like for my cut and color. The massage that I had was WONDERFUL. The atmosphere is very relaxing, quiet, and the massage therapists? are very professional and obviously well trained and experienced. I would definitely recommend this spa and salon!
