i had damage to my ceiling one month ago (to the day) and the kinks haven't been worked out with my insurance adjuster. they could be worked out if he would return my call. i am very disappointed with the lack of enthusiasm to help their customers and no followup to see if i've gotten everything taken care of. if i knew i would have this much trouble making a claim to repair what rightfully needs to be replaced, i would have went with state farm, even though their policy was more expensive.

Cons: won't pay for damages
