A New Dimension in Yoga. Tear down the walls and misconceptions about what a physical fitness routine is based on. Most are based on feeding your ego, not your spirit.
Energyoga is directed at creating the highest level of energy, vitality and freedom. Energyoga is for everyone, of all ages and levels of physical fitness. With us, there is no "wrong way to perform a pose", but more importantly that you try and execute the pose as best as you can. With practice, you find yourself getting deeper and deeper into a pose as your practice evolves. We'll teach you variations for each pose so you can work into them as your body and flexibility develops.
Our classes are open to all levels, beginning to advanced, men and women are welcome. Sometimes the room will feel strong, and we'll roll a little more intensely. Sometimes it'll be one of those days and we'll cruise a little more gently.
