Impressive Technicians 11/16/2010

I was very impressed with the service I received from N&M Cool Today. Their tech Robert was very thoughtful, patient and very intelligent. Robert took his time and explained everything in detail to me. It is very refreshing to have a technician explain things and not try to rush out of the home. more
