STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!! THEY ARE MISLEADING, DECEITFUL, LYING, MANIPULATIVE SCAM ARTISTS. I PUT 10K DOWN ON A 2019 ALTIMA - I FINANCED THE REMAINDER OF THE CAR. THEY QUOTED ME 28,900 ON APRIL 30, 2019 PLUS TAXES, DMV FEES, AND BANK FEES FOR A 2019 ALTIMA SL. WE ONLY ASKED TO HAVE LEATHER AND THE PARKING SENSOR THAT WE LATER FOUND OUT WAS STANDARD IN ALL SL MODELS. MY HUSBAND HAS GREAT CREDIT AND WE WERE APPROVED. NO FURTHER COMMUNICATION WAS SHARED ABOUT THE VEHICLE EXCEPT WHEN WE WERE TO COME IN TO FINISH THE DEAL AND PICK UP THE CAR. WE GO INTO DEALERSHIP ON MAY 2,2019 AND GET BROUGHT TO THE FINANCE GUY'S OFFICE WHERE WE WERE TOLD IF WE WANTED THE SENSOR (THAT COME STANDARD IN THE MODEL WE WERE GETTING) WE HAD TO ACCEPT THIS CAR THAT HAD A BUNCH OF ADD ONS THAT WE DID NOT WANT OR LIKE AND BROUGHT THE CAR 3,000 HIGHER THAN WE AGREED UPON. I RELAYED WE DID NOT WANT THESE UPGRADES AND THE FINANCE GUY CONTINUOUSLY SAID YOU HAVE TO TAKE THIS CAR IF YOU WANT THAT SENSOR (WHICH IS BULLCRAP BECAUSE IT COMES STANDARD IN THE MODEL WE CHOSE) I KNEW SOMETHING WAS OFF AND I SHOULD GO WITH MY GUT BUT I HAD MY TWO YOUNG KIDS WITH ME AND WE WERE THERE FOR 3 HOURS AT THIS POINT SO MY HUSBAND JUST SIGNED SO WE COULD GET OUT OF THERE. WE DROVE STRAIGHT HOME AND TALKED ABOUT IT AND REALIZED SOMETHING WASNT RIGHT I SHOULDN'T OF HAD TO ACCEPT A CAR WITH A SPOILER AND A BUMPER PROTECTOR AMONG OTHER THINGS WE DID NOT WANT. I CALLED THE NEXT MORNING AND SPOKE WITH THE SALES MANAGER REGGIE WHO WAS SO RUDE AND DID NOT WANT TO HELP ME AND SPOKE TO ME SO DISRESPECTFUL LIKE I WAS A CHILD. I DECIDED TO GO INTO THE DEALERSHIP BECAUSE I COULD NOT GET THE HELP I NEEDED OVER THE PHONE AND GET AN EXPLANATION AS TO WHAT HAPPENED THAT WE WERE FORCED TO TAKE THIS SPECIFIC CAR. NOONE HELPED ME AT THE DEALERSHIP BECAUSE THEY COULD NOT COME UP WITH AN ANSWER ALL THEY COULD SAY IS IM SO SORRY I DONT KNOW WHY THIS HAPPENED. This is a professional gang, they have many sets of ways to ripped you off. They have hiding fee and would never tell you when you agree to buy the car from there. They have over $2000 hiding fee for my used car, which I didn't agree to pay for. Your contact won't show the detail of the fee. I found until I call the bank and try to pay off my loan. Also, they would overcharge you the DMV fee. Mine is $300 for a 4 door sedan. Crazy man, even try to get money from the goverment. I am sure they have many other ways to get your money which you should pay for. Believe me, they are very "professional" and get you. I have checked on some other blogs abot this dealership, yeah, they have been doing the bad business for some years. Watch out, they can get me, they maybe able to get you, too. Don't need to waste your time to check on their cars, even the price seems good. more

Whatever you do don't go to bay ridge nissan there the worst place to shop for a new or used car. Whatever the sticker price prepare yourself for another few thousands just for here fees. They say one thing and write down another. With family being in consumer affairs I will make sure either these people get another job or get closed down. Did I say I have media down there throat too. Worst Treatment of Customers I have ever seen, I wish to give them negative stars. Almost all the people I spoke with at the dealership were extremely rude and discourteous. I made an appointment to return my leased car but the dealership refused to take it back and insisted that I didn't get the car from them (which doesn't even matter) but I did. It was in my lease contract. The MANAGER DIMITRY was completely illogical and rude. He refused to take a look at the lease contract and stated that it might be fraudulent (completely insane). The other SALES MANAGER REGGIE refused to take the car after I made a fuse that we were waiting for over an offer and no body wants to take the car back even though an appointment was made to return the car. Reggie was absolutely oblivious to customer care and resolving the situation as a manager should have. He threatened to call the police and told us to leave the dealership. The front receptionist was EXTREMELY rude as well and had a very nasty attitude. I would avoid this dealership like the plague. Everyone I came in contact with was misleading and frankly dishonest. Bay Ridge Nissan's unacceptable treatment towards has made me really reconsider purchasing or leasing another Nissan vehicle. I have been an extremely loyal Nissan customer for over 10 years. This dealership has single handedly ruined Nissan's great reputation in my eyes. Nissan corporation needs to take a serious look into this matter and deal with Bay Ridge appropriately. This dealership has a huge list of bad reviews for a reason. more

I bought a Nissan Murano at Bay Ridge Nissan in the beginning of December of 2009 and was badly cheated by a pack of the impudent thieves. Their names are:Rafi Rafailou, Dmitry Roum and Ray Peysakhov. They did everything to hold me at their showroom up to the time of closure and only after the lights at a dealership were off "good news" came from a bank and then they rush me to sign something electronically. I did not see and did not read this document and did not realize that it was my contract. I did not receive any documents on a car at that time and only in three days I found out that the price of my car was at least $1240.00 above what we agreed on. I did not see and did not sign a Bill of Sale and do not have this document till now, almost a month after the day of purchase. This gang have developed a scenario and everyone of them plays his own role excellent. Please do not think that they will treat you another way. You will be cheated as well, no doubts about.
