WOW almost unbeliveable reviews I read,i thought to myself she couldn't be that bad could she.YUP. Worse.We decided to rent a condo from her what a mistake that turned out to be.our lease was up and decided to move with just 5 days left she had a potental renter wanting to see the property ok the gentelman daughte and son rolled through in the end the gentelman asked nikki's daughter if he could ask me some questions she said sure his questions were how much was your power bill's I told him.and less than 10 min.later I got a call from niki the owner of emrald reality she was screaming at me that I should have went outside wile they went through my space and had no business talking to them remind you scoulding me screaming @ me holly crap what a idiot I thought to myself. OK when we moved in this place had a checklist of things wrong dirty and had to send her son inlaw out to bring the property up to liveable standards the son inlaw was so proud of himself for redoing the central heating system that come winter time was so bad the heater worked so hard just to keep up with 60 degrees we decided 55 was all we could get out of this heater with bill's welll over 200 dollars I thought it was only fair to pass that info on to the next renter.Dont be folled by her 1st appearance she is ugly inside and now I wish I would have listened to the bad reviews I'm more than sure now that's all true.she would get 0 stars from me but I had to mark 1 more

Really regret ever signing a lease with this horrible woman. She will be completely sweet as sugar when you first talk to her; she wants you to lease her property, so of course she will pretend to be helpful and attentive. The moment the lease is signed, however, she turns into a complete witch. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY and DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. However, if you do, please, please please TAKE DATED PICTURES OF EVERYTHING both BEFORE MOVE-IN and WHEN MOVING OUT -- down to the dust on the blinds -- if you move into one of her slum properties, because she will make up lies about damages you had nothing to do with when you move out so that she can keep your deposit money. She has a nasty attitude and is confrontational. She has no qualms with lying straight to your face. She conveniently ""forgets"" in-person or phone discussions about problems with her units. She made up a bunch of lies about broken items that I did not break (and have photos to PROVE I left the unit in proper condition), and charged me for haul-away of belongings that I believe SHE BROUGHT IN AFTER I MOVED OUT!! The so-called ""maintenance man"" is HER OWN SON-IN-LAW so how convenient for them to make up fake invoices from him showing all of the ""labor"" (at $45/hour!) he supposedly had to do and billed her for. UNBELIEVABLE. If this horrible woman has done the same to you (or is threatening to do so), TAKE HER TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT AND SUE HER! And please report her to the housing authority, like I will be doing. What she is doing is absolutely unacceptable and ILLEGAL! She needs to be shut down. more

I will never again rent from this company and recommend the same to anyone I meet. The manager is so caught up in how difficult her job is that she does not even know how to tell the truth, but only how to cover her lies with inflammed accusations. I asked for a simple phone call to be in dialogue during the check out inspections and was told I would receive a call and I did not. Even if a meeting could not be arranged at least the inspector could have called to follow up. Then I was charged cleaning fees inappropriately for areas that had been properly cleaned, but accumulated dust and mold growth between the move out and inspection. more
