My Amazing Verragio Engagement Ring! 3/14/2014

I started following Verragio on Facebook several months ago. I was so excited when my boyfriend told me to start looking at engagement ring styles. I saw that the Emerald Lady had Verragio. I called to find out if they had the styles I liked. They had one, but not the other. They actually arranged to have Verragio send the other style for me to look at! My boyfriend and I looked together. They actually told us not to feel pressured because they would not try to sell us a ring that day. That made us both feel so comfortable. Then my boyfriend sneaked back without me and ordered my beautiful ring! Emerald Lady was so helpful through the whole process. My ring is perfect! Thank you Verragio and Emerald Lady! more

My fiancé purchased my Verragio engagement ring from this business last summer. He ordered the wrong size. When we went back to have the jeweler resize my ring, she did it incorrectly. Now, we have to pay Verragio yet again to have them fix Emerald Lady's mistake. I do not recommend this business. more
