Emerald Bay Fish & Repitle

I used to shop at Emerald Bay all the time, But here lately they never have anything I need. They are always out of stock of every item I come to purchase. Back in the day, I could always count on them to have what other stores did not. It seems they have fallen far behind. Come on guys, don't leave me hanging. And as far as the previous review, the guy you were talking about always being there, His name was Scott or Steve. And yes he was awesome. He used to have my stuff waiting on my at the counter before I would even checkout. Pros: Always helpful Cons: Never have what I need anymore more

Let me start this off by saying that me and my husband reward our kids by taking them to Emerald Bay. This weekend I was very disappointed to find that the guy that my kids and I have delt with for two years was not there this weekend. My kids and I love this employee, he has been very informational and patient with my kids. This weekend was different, there was a new guy there. The entire time we were there he talked on the phone to what sounded like his buddies. He was talking about the weekend and drinking. While the other workers seemed busy with other task, he walked around and ignored me. It's never been this way before, i hope it dosent continue. Where's my fish guy, i hope you didnt go to another store. more

I am always impressed with the service and the quality of the animals and supplies at Emerald Bay. The people there really know and love what they are doing and it shows! more

I'd just like to agree with the other positive reviews, they have alway's been helpful and patient when I ask beau coupe questions about problems that I've encountered in the hobby (salt water). I generally drive past two other aquarium stores to the other side of town to Emerald Bay. Pros: Knowledgable staff, less expensive than competition. Cons: A little farther drive than I'd like. more

Incredible! Best selection of reptiles I've seen in a store. Everything appeared to be in excellent health. Great service! VERY Low prices! Glad I found someone local where I don't have to pay outlandish prices of other reptile stores. Pros: Clean, Friendly Service, Great Prices more

After being a customer of all the local fish/pet stores in the Nashville area - this is ""My"" pet store. The staff (sean & robert & friends) are knowledgeable, don't force you to buy things, answer all your questions, and care more about your total experience than anything else. Please do business with these first class small business operators. They go out of their way to give reliable information, that you can count on to be correct, even if that information sends you to competition. Saltwater Reef addicts, here is your fix! Sean, and Roberto are the one's to talk to, they have no fear of only providing the profitable answer, they give the correct answer, even if that means you will not be doing business with them (at that point in time). My hat's off to these guy's, they look out for the hobbie, not just their bottom line! Please visit their shop, they helped me more than they should have, considering what I have spent with them, though I will spend more after seeing what real customer service is really about. I decided to purchase my first lizard Emerald Bay a few weeks ago because of their knowledgeable staff and great deals.
