The atrium is beautiful as well as the pool. The rooms leave much to be desired; worn carpet, poor mattresses, and slow drains. The service was hot and cold, from being very helpful in planning an evening out and finding a room where I might be more comfortable to telling me it wasnt their job to bring more towels out for the pool. Loved the area but will stay in another hotel next time Im in Phoenix.
