This Place is Great!!! I have stayed in more expensive hotels, I have stayed in larger hotels, but I have never stayed in a better hotel. The Service is incredible. From the great room, to fabulous FREE cooked to order breakfast, how can you do better. My omelets and waffles and pancakes were all to die for. Every evening they have a hospitality bar with complimentary drinks. Eva cleaned my room even on ThanksGiving Day. Analissa was wonderful to my wife and I as well, and then James, Tammy, Clare, and all the others in the restaurant treated us so well. Finally Billy Greene at the front desk, made sure that our room was right and that we got all of our needs met. I love this place and will stay here every time I come to Lubbock. You should too.
Pros: Custom cooked Omelets and waffels and great service
