As I have been a business owner on London Road myself, I wanted to give this salon support. I tried on two occasions and was disappointed both time. The issues I had were not with the reception, but the salon experiences themselves.
Initially I had a pedicure a couple years ago and I was the last client of the day. It seemed as though the girl performing the pedicure was more interested in getting out of the salon to meet up with her friends than she was in doing a good job for me. In the beginning of the appointment she would leave temporarily because she said she had to "style someone's hair" and then left after that to accept personal phone calls. Needless to say, the pedicure was far from perfect as well--there were several areas of skin around the nails which had polish on them.
My next venture into the salon was for a haircut. I had never seen this stylist before and I told her my bangs were too long. When I left i felt that my hair hadn't even been cut. It was styled poorly as well.
I'm not usually a complainer, but I really feel I need to speak out here!
