After my 3rd purchase from this business I went outside to my vehicle and to my dismay my battery was dead. I had jumper cables with me and asked the owners if someone could help me. They refused. They said they don't ever help anyone who needs a jump start. I've personally helped dozens of people over the years with a jump start and am flat out amazed that a small business wouldn't help a customer in need. I will never buy again from Ely's. My business will go else where and I'll be sure to tell everyone I know about this. more

I called about an older bramha pickup shell that has a blown out rear window. The lady who answered the phone told that Bramha has been out of business for at least 5 years. She also told how to fix the window. I call that great customer service. If I am ever in the market for a shell I know where I am going. more
