S-Corp Creation 3/13/2013

Eric Bononi helped set up an S-Corp for my new business and he did it for less than the amount I had originally budgeted. His knowledge of business in general made the entire process easy and painless. He took time to answer my questions and walked me through my entire set up of documents once the corporation was established. Not only is he an exceptional attorney, but his experience allows him to provide consulting on many aspects of running a business. He is well worth the investment. more

Eric Bononi=HIRE SOMEONE ELSE!!! 9/6/2011

Do not hire Eric Bononi to represent you!!! He does not care about his clients or their case. I would try to get in touch with him over and over about my case, and he would not respond. But he was very timely at sending out invoices/bills for his services!! I switched attorneys after thousands of dollars invested with bononi because he had done nothing and my case was going NOWHERE! My new attorney had my case closed in 2 months!! (after spending over a year with bononi---biggest mistake!!) more
