What a great place! The owners are wonderful and make you feel right at home. The only reason why we left was because we moved to Arizona. Otherwise we would have stayed forever! After having the worst experience with the moving company (dishonest bullies), we decided to store our household belongings ourselves. Our realtor referred us to a local moving company that referred us to Elite Storage. I knew right away Elite Storage was going to be a completely different experience. The Owners are hands on and it is obvious customer service is their first priority. The service we received was above and beyond what we ever expected. The facility is clean and temperature controlled and very safe and secure. This company actually deserves 10 stars!! more

Safe, Secure, Temp. Control Storage with easy access and plenty of carts to load and unload our belongings in and out of our storage unit. Our storage unit is located inside and found it was very accessible and we were happy to find out that it was easy to maneuver even some of our larger furniture items in and around the hallways and into our unit. These are some of the key reasons why our family chose Elite Storage to store our belongings. I am happy with our chose and would recommend giving them a call to inquire about their services. more

Great storage facility with a great location. Owners are great about keeping in touch and making it easy to do business with them. Online payments are a snap. Depending on what size unit you want, it could be easy to access. I have a 10 by 10 unit which is inside the building. I wish it was a drive up. It will be a pain to move out loading boxes on a cart, rolling that cart outside to the truck, then loading them on the truck. Still nice that it's climate controlled. more

The owners are amazing and the facility is clean and very well maintained. Julie and Don are the nicest folks and went well above and beyond in delivering on customer service. I honestly wouldn't have been able to complete my move without them. The equipment was spotless and in great working order. I was able to rent a truck from Julie and Don and was very pleased with my experience. I've done several Uhaul truck rentals in my time (too many to count) and this was my first experience of having someone actually inspect the interior of the truck, noticed it wasn't clean, and sweep it out for me. The cabin of the truck was impeccable (I didn't fear putting my purse on the floor!) and when I was finished Julie emailed me a receipt for my records - something I did not request, nor have I received in the past. When I did move my items into one of their storage units, they offered to reserve one of the elevators for me. This way, I wouldn't have to wait for the elevator each time I went up or down with the cart (my unit is on the second floor). The floors are always clean, the trashes emptied. Even the woman who works on Julie and Don's day(s) off is knowledgable, efficient and pleasant. For those of us who do prefer good customer service, and are willing to go a bit farther out for it, this is your place. I live in Louisville with a storage place a half mile down the road. However, I chose this place because of its cleanliness and the personable owners (they know many of their renters by first name) The rental rates are competitive as well and you do not need to bring your own lock (as is the case with many other storage places - all units utilize cylinder locks). Overall, two thumbs way up. more

I love Elite Storage! I never thought that I would ever say that about a storage facility, but this is not your average place. Julie and Don, as well as their little dog Chloe, make me feel so welcome every time I stop in for something. I keep a mailbox there also and am always impressed with how friendly everyone is. The rates are great, the property is immaculate and, seriously, it makes me feel good to give my money to such wonderful people. I know that they care about my belongings and take pride in their work. My stuff is secure there and I can access it anytime I want. I only wish that I had rented my moving truck from them also! Oh well - there is always next time! more

It was fate that brought us to Elite Storage to meet Don and Julie. We were simply looking for a storage unit to keep our belongings and our up-and-coming business supplies in, but found so much more at Elite Storage. While driving to Elite Storage, we passed several other storage facilities that we considered stopping at, but instead continued on until reaching the large, clean, brick building at the end of S. Boulder Road where we were greeted by a poor little scared squirrel trying to make an escape up the brick wall, then by the smiling, friendly faces of Don and Julie. It was clear from the moment we walked in, that this wasn't your typical chain storage facility only out to get your money...which was why we were relocating our business supplies in the first place. They were so nice and helpful, we immediately knew we had come to the right place. During the tour with Don, it was clear that these managers deeply care about their facility and customers . The entire building was very well maintained and clean. Julie was very knowledgeable about the inner-workings of the storage facility and was very helpful and friendly. Upon signing up with Elite Storage, we were offered the first month of rent free. By the time my family and I had left Elite Storage that day, we were completely confident that our belongings were in great hands and we had made a life-long relationship with Don and Julie. We have been with Elite Storage for six months now and we are beyond completely satisfied with our storage choice. Don and Julie have been extremely accommodating and have gone above and beyond for us in several situations. They truly care about their customers and see to it that each one of them is totally satisfied. We look forward to a continued relationship with Elite Storage and Don and Julie. We happily recommend Elite Storage to anyone and everyone! more

This facility in Lafayette is wonderful. I've never been to a facility where the managers went out of their way to be helpful during my moving process. The security system is wonderful and the units are temperature controlled and very clean. Great storage experience. more
