I ordered a gift card for my daughter. She did not like the gift and Elite is refusing to refund my money. Had they been cool about the refund I might have used them in the future...

A traditional limousine service A+ 4/16/2008

I have used elite for the past five years and still cant come up with a major complaints. I call, tell them when, where and they're there. I have used them for all my airport services and couldnt be more content.\r One time my flight was over three hours late and my cell phone died in chicago, I changed flights w/out telling them. I absolutely thought that when I arrived there would be this huge ordeal to get a ride. I was wrong... they called around and got my new flight number. Long story short the driver was there on time and I wasnt charged any extra fee's.\r \r I also use them for my family. From my wifes wine tours(she is practically addicted), also my daughters senior ball which is coming all too soon. For my wife they are always ready to please. they map out the day for her and she is always allowed to make any changes on the day of with out any problems. \r \r basically it is the only service I wwould consider using. Hands down Pros: on time, reasonable prices, great drivers, THE WORKS Cons: ? still trying to figure that out myself more

The best Limousine experience 1/13/2008

Our Napa wine tour was a blast. We used elite limousine for a wine tour last weekend. the weather was not great but we had a great time and a fun driver. Elite limo had made all the necessary reservations for us including lunch. I very much recommend them to everyone. \r \r Pros: thumbs up more

Very Impressive 11/28/2007

I have used many limo services over the years and find that none have met my needs better than Elite Limousine has. No matter when I call I can always reach a live operator and get myself service for anytime of day or night. Trust me it is far easier to schedule a car and have it meet you as you walk out of your club than to call a taxi and wait for 15-30min in the freezing cold because you didnt want to pay for a scheduled service. Great service anytime day or night. This is their trademark and an excellent brand of service it is. Pros: No matter when i need service I can have service, no black out days or anything Cons: they dont run an airline too? more

Wow....Im still floored by the level of service I recieved 11/26/2007

I took a Monterey Tour not too long ago and our driver was amazing. He knew every winery and point of interest we mentioned. I dont know where Elite found a driver of this quality but I now have great expectations of any driver i am sent by this company. I will always appreciate that wine tour and everything we experienced that day was a blast. I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone because they really set the bar high for me. What style! What class! What a great service! 9/7/2007

I cant believe these guys were just hiding out here in Concord waiting to be discovered! I randomly called them because my other service was booked up and I needed to get to the airport. Not only were they a lower rate but they had nicer cars too! Lower Rates + Better Service = BYE BYE other company. Not only that I have never heard a no from them yet regarding my airport transfers. I think its about time I took a weekend off to enjoy one of these winetours my friends and neighbours always talk about. Cant wait to see them pull up in a stretch for that. Excellent Service 9/7/2007

I dont know of an Omar owning this company, last I remember there were 2 owners of this company by the name of Alex and Eric. Everytime I have dealt with them regarding my corporate account I have recieved speedy, appropriate and effective service. My bills are on time for my corporate expenses, and to date I have recieved some of the best service by the drivers that one could ask for. No complaints only praise for this great company. Pros: Always on time, great staff in the office, great drivers Cons: none that come to mind more

Not impressed 9/1/2007

Although our limo driver was friendly, the owner of Elite, ""Omar"", was rude and intolerable . My friends and I went to Napa for a wine tasting trip, and as we pulled into the first winery and opened the door another car slammed into our opened door. \r \r Unfortunately the limo door was not able to shut after the accident. So, Omar( the owner of Elite) said that it was our fault and not only had to pay him for that limo plus damages, but also a second limo to pick us up and take us back to the city. \r \r After three hours we finally were able to at least get back to the city, but the bill is still negotions. Our day was pretty much ruined and we had no help or good cutomer service. \r Our limo driver was nice enough to us, but I am completely unimpressed by this business. \r \r There prices are low, but as the saying goes. You get what you pay for. more

While quite good 99% of the time there are issues Ive had issues with a few of the drivers but thank god for the dispatching staff respecting my wishes when it comes to these poor drivers. Once the driver messes you up or just chafes the wrong way, the office has been 100% behind me and never sent me the same driver back once requested. I guess we can change the title to Malto Imprezzione.\r \r Thanks Elite you guys always make it right. Pros: Great Staff and Some Great Drivers Cons: Some Drivers arent so great more

Best Airporter in the Bay Area 8/28/2007

Wow... Ive been using these guys for years and just thought I'd let everyone know how great these guys are. So many professional and ontime time drivers as well as a great dispatching staff that actually knows the area I am talking about. All I gotta say about this limo company is, WOW! I had the most fun wine tour Ive had in the past 10 years. Their drivers are so knowledgeable in the Napa Valley that no matter where I asked to go they took me to it. I must say that they get my highest praise above any wine tour company Ive ever used.
