Using their services made my day. I was having the worst day and I was running late for a friends wedding party. Then, of course, I backed into my garage. I placed an emergency service call to them asking if they could have someone out immediately. They had someone at my condo in 20 minutes to replace a panel. I gave them the model number over the phone so they wouldn't have to waist time going back and forth to their warehouse. Their service was so quick that they answered my call, replaced a panel for me, and reset my opener all within 2 hours 9including the 20 minute wait time). Great service and a great price! It's hard to find a company who will combine good service with affordable cost,but when you do it feels great! I used their services to upgrade my garage door opener and replacing my broken springs. the technician showed up in less than an hour and explain to me what needs to be done - it's nice when they do that,it's makes you feel like you are involved. The technician (Shawn) finish the job in couple of hours and at the end I had a brand new up to date opener and brand new springs no need to mention that my door was working great! smooth and quiet.on top of that he install me with a new keypad for FREE!!! I called the company after my spring broke. I took estimates from 2-3 different companies and I decided to choose them. Techincian arrived just on time and was very nice,he replaced my old spring with new springs and did the required adjustments. I was very happy with the service and with the price I paid. My garage door made a horrible sound and when I checked it I saw that the spring was broken. I got garage door solutions number from a friend and they sent a technician the same day. it took him about an hour and he did a great job. he also made sure that everything else in the garage works well and even did some adjustment to the opener without charging a dime.
