Best permanent hair removal! I'm a very hairy guy who had a problem with hair in between my eyes...yes, a unibrow. So, I looked into the ways to get rid of it:\r a) Shaving: Did it for a while and got tired of the razor burn and having to shave daily.\r b) Waxing: Tried it and didn't like the burning sensation or the mess or needing to do it every few weeks.\r c) Laser: Tried it on my back a few times thinking I could possibly try it on my brows eventually but after researching about it, I found that it is rarely ever permanent and cannot be guaranteed as permanent as restricted by the FDA.\r \r D) Finally, while researching I found electrolysis and found that even though it does require multiple treatments, it has permanent results.\r \r Therefore, I figured that I needed to find an expert electrolysist to help me. So, I started researching online and ended up finding Jodi with Elite Electrolysis. \r \r I came in for my first appointment with Jodi and she walked me through what electrolysis is and what to expect. She was very honest that although electrolysis does give permanent results, it will take some time. Jodi also walked me through each of the safety measures that she takes to ensure that each appointment is as safe and effective as possible. After walking me through this, I then had my first experience with getting electrolysis (on my back to start). It really wasn't bad at all...just a very slight sensation with each hair taken.\r \r After my first appointment with Jodi, I knew that she was the electrolysist for me and that I would be seeing her until my unibrow and other hair problems were gone. Here it is now a year later, and my unibrow is completely gone, my shoulders have little to no new growth, and my back is clearing significantly with little new hair growth. I couldn't be happier.\r \r If someone were to ask me if this is worth the investment of time and money, I would say Definitely Yes. Just make sure that you have the expert to help you. I had a wonderful electrologist in Southern California and when I moved to New Mexico I was afraid I would never find anyone who was as awesome. I looked for at least a year and finally came across Jody. She is the best and I would recommend her to anyone who needs those pesky hairs removed. She is very personable and professional. She lets you know the honest truth about your situation. The office staff are very nice and professional and the office itself is clean and comfortable. The only issue I have (and actually it's my husband's issue) is that Jody is a die-hard Broncos fan!!! My husband (a Charger fan) will sometimes come in for my sessions just so he and Jody can discuss football. more

Everything about hair was explained in detail. I'm a detail kind of girl and I have a medical background so everything I was told rings true. When she was through with the explanation and the demonstration I knew there was no further looking needed. The first time you go, the technician will explain everything there is to know about electrolysis, how hair grows AND give you a complimentary demonstration on the area of your body where you want hair removal. I was very impressed with this and the fact I didn't have to waste money going into something I didn't want to continue with. I really appreciate how honest and professional she is. I was completely comfortable the entire time and she will do whatever she can to make sure you are comfortable and informed. After your session she will tell you what you need to do at home for the best possible results and also give you an after care sheet. Her equipment is all very new and state of the art. Everything is completely sterile and clean. I'm very glad I discovered this business and am a very satisfied customer. Very personable and friendly staff. Co-located within a Spa, but an independent service. Nationally certified, Customer Oriented and very knowledgeable. I visited this location upon recommendation of a friend and after talking with the proprietor. The aesthetician proved knowledgeable of procedures, hygiene, needs of the client, and empathy with what they need to deal with. She works with modern equipment and maintains the highest standards in hygiene and performance. This location also contracts with an RN who is able to provide subcutaneous lidocaine blocks for procedures that some clients find painful over the duration of the treatment to make the experience more tolerable and enjoyable. The aesthetician has been able to eliminate growths faster than what would normally be expected. I highly recommend this business for permanent hair removal. more
