Elite Car & Limousine Svc

Rudderless drivers and surprise ""wait time""charges. I'm a corporate client who cancelled service with 'Elite' after discovering that up to 50% of fees that we paid were for ""wait times"". A joke! One one occasion, we were charged $50 because the driver was lost en route to our office. Never again. more

7.40 am on a Friday morning. Walking my dog and have crossing through an intersection with the right of way. A black limo making a left hand turn comes skidding to a stop on the freshly damp ground as it is lightly raining. the drive proceeds to honk excessively and speed through the intersection to a red light some 40 feet from the intersection where I just crossed. After stopping at the light, I approached the car and the drive begins verbally abusing me. I ask him to get out of the car so I can call the police and they can explain the laws related to driving in New York City and people IN crosswalks having the right of way. He turns right and speeds off to another stop light. I called the number for Elite Car and Limo and got through to a dispatcher, who actually seemed to care., named Steve. Once he put me on to the driver services woman, Kendra, she then could not care less and would not give any information related to the situation other than the driver name. I required all the information to fill out the online TLC complaint form and take either the compant Elite to court or better yet the driver. the claim was made by Kendra that- The driver Andrew is not employed by Elite, but is a sub contractor and responisble for his own actions. This wreckless driver and neglagent company needs to be told that in an economy this bad endangering the life of the gneral public for no reason is not something needed to be done without a reaction. I hope whoever is reading this review that you move on to another company that cares for the public safety and is not wreckless in its actions. more

I travel on business a lot and had the luck of finding this limo company. Nice courteous drivers, the cars are new and clean and they're always on time. They also have a large amount of specailty vehicles SUVs, Party Buses, etc. Have been using them for a little over a year and they haven't let me down yet. Pricing is not too bad either. Highly recommend. Pros: Cars,drivers,prices. more

Elite Car & Limousine Service is the best car service I've ever encountered. Not only are the vehicles spanking new, but the drivers are the nicest around. I've used the service many times , and every driver has been cheerful, courteous, and very proud of the company they work for.They are simply the best. Pros: Rates,drivers,cars. Cons: None. more

Prompt, professional drivers, new,clean cars. Professional and polite phone operators. I called at 11pm on a Sunday night needing a car for 6am the next morning. They were the third car service I called, and the only one with availability. Highly recommended. more
