Sorry to say but Elge Plumbing failed me completely! Called them over a week ago for a leak in my basement. Instead of saying we can't help you they promised to come out 3 seperate times and never showed. The office staff was polite but I needed a plumber. I stayed home from work twice to meet them and they never called to say they could'nt come. Don't waste your time with them.
Pros: polite office staff when you call
Cons: they never showed up after three seperate appointments or called to cancel
