When you walk into Element, the store seems to have very cool modern furniture and accessories. The owner advertises interior design services and will come to your home to work with you on home design projects. However, he is totally unorganized, gets frazzled easily, and is always running late. I hired him for a project in my new home, and thought I was satisfied with his plan, however, when the furniture arrived, realized the items in the catalog did not have the same quality as the items in the showroom. The bedroom dresser drawers wouldn't close all the way and one of the legs on the end table broke when barely moved it the floor. At this point, I was so frustrated going back and forth on the order, cost, and delivery that I didn't even bother complaining and just restapled the table leg back in place. I would much rather buy from Crate & Barrel or Room & Board.\r

The service I would expect for professional interior design services is not acceptable. It is amazing a furniture business can even be sustained with the quality of product and service.
