Each time I come to El Dorado Car Care, I get great service and the staff is alway very professional and they explain what needs to be done and how long it will take and they ask if I want the see or have the old parts. more

Miss Diagnose 4/2/2014

Checked the OBDII codes on a Scion xB and completely missed. Claimed low compression on cylinder 4 when it was actually a bad coil on cylinder 1. The good news is they could not fix a compression problem and gave the car back after a $95 diagnostic fee. more

Honest, reliable, professional 2/12/2014

Finding an auto mechanic you can trust is a trail. When we moved here sever years ago, my son suggested the Toyota dealer but I've never been happy with dealer service. We tried Steve because he was convenient, but we go back because he is honest (never tries to sell unneeded repairs), dependable (delivers car back to us on time) and the work is always done right the first time. more
