the company has lost its touch since expanding, in my opinion. For example, the tanks at my house are rusty and ugly. Ehrharts use to take pride in their equipment and never left a tank around that was in need of a coat of paint. Also , communications has slipped. I had to call and ask when delivery would be , because they went to a bi-monthly schedule without notifying me. I told them that it's awfully hard to budget when you don't know when they'll be delivering. Not that the person cared much about my issues. Anyhow. They are still the most reliable around and after 26 years, I won't be switching suppliers.

I'm sorry you feel the way you do about our service.
You're right, whenever you go through changes quickly, there are some growing pains.
Your tanks are actually scheduled to be replaced this summer, but I'll send someone out to take care of them right away. We have always adjusted delivery schedules to try to be more efficient, so we can keep our prices down. You should have been notified, though, and I'll look into why you didn't.
